Devaux D Rosé

Founded in 1846, Champagne Devaux is now considered a benchmark among the Champagne of the region of the CA des Bar (Southern part of the Champagne appellation). The Champagne of the Collection D (Cuvee D, Ultra D, and D Rose) is emblematic of the oenological know-how of our winemaker, Michel Parisot, in the selection of parcels, precise blending, and extended aging time with a minimum maturation of 5 years. Michel Parisot was nominated “Best Sparkling Winemaker of the Year 2020” by the jury of the International Wine and Spirits Competition.

Apricot salmon pink colour with an elegant mousse and shiny glints. Fresh flavours of small red fruits on the nose evolving towards floral hints. Finesse of the intensely fruity palate with delicate notes of red fruits and apricots. Long finale with beautiful tonicity. To be served at 8°C to 10°C. Pais nicely with spicy lobster, strawberries and raspberry sorbet
